At Shoemaker Homes it is our goal to show every new homeowner that to us, customer care is of equal priority to superior craftsmanship. We build our homes to last and  believe in building customer relationships the same way. Our knowledgeable staff is available to our customers before, during, and after the sale.  To demonstrate our commitment to you, we include with every home purchase an extensive 300 point checklist to ensure that our homes meets Shoemaker standards.  The checklist precedes our New Home Orientation (LINK TO NHO checklist and door checklist), where you become familiar with your new home’s various components, how they work and how the home was built to function with you in mind.  It’s part of the reassuring experience of buying a Shoemaker home and making it your own.

We are a Certified Professional Builder with the Mississippi Housing Institute.  This allows us the opportunity to provide our homeowners with a MHI HOMEOWNER’S HANDBOOK.  Inside this handbook our customers can find answers to a variety of questions that may arise out of home ownership.  Please refer to this manual often as it can be a valuable tool in answering your questions or concerns about your new home.
