Ray Stecina Realtor / Rankin County Sales Manager sales@shoemakerhomes.com      Ray joined the company in 1997, managing Shoemaker Homes' sales of new construction in Rankin County. A licensed salesman with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission as well as an avid fisherman, Ray spends his time catching catfish from his favorite fishing hole when not meeting future home owners at various communites across Rankin County.  Ray is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Lance Teasley Customer Care Manager lance@shoemakerhomes.com      Lance is our Assistant Building Superintendent for residential construction as well as the Customer Care Manager.  Overseeing the completion of punch lists and home warranty needs, Lance illustrates everyday Shoemaker Homes' commitment to excellence in service.  Lance is a member of the Home Builders Association of Jackson.    Kelly Francois Adminstrative Support Staff sales@shoemakerhomes.com     Kelly is the first voice of Shoemaker Homes.  As a valuable administrative assistant, she manages the office's day to day operations, supports the construction process as an in office contact, and orders and schedules all construction supplies, subcontractors and vendors. Becky Stacy Bookkeeper becky@shoemakerhomes.com     Becky is new to the Jackson area having moved from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.  Her extensive bookkeeping experience creates the platform to manage and review all finances of the Shoemaker Homes' construction process and operation.
