Ron is a licensed real estate broker, member of the Jackson Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Jackson. He currently serves as a member of JAR's Professional Development Committee, as a member of HBAJ's Board of Directors and Past Chairman of HBAJ's Sales & Marketing Council. Vince Martello Building Superintendent vince@shoemakerhomes.com    Vince is our Building Superintendent and job manager for all new residential construction. His oversight of the construction process continues Shoemaker Homes' commitment to quality, trust and value.  We are also commited to health and safety and along with his outstanding knowledge of construction, Vince is certified in CPR as well.  Vince is a member of the Home Builders Association of Jackson. Robyn Dethlefsen Adminstrative Support Staff sales@shoemakerhomes.com     Robyn is the first voice of Shoemaker Homes.  As a valuable administrative assistant, she manages the office's day to day operations, supports the construction process as an in office contact, and orders and schedules all construction supplies, subcontractors and vendors. Courtney Jones, GRI Realtor / Rankin County Sales Manager courtney@shoemakerhomes.com      Courtney joined our company in October 2008 as our Rankin County Sales Manager. She finished Mississippi State University in May of 2007 with a degree in Communications and obtained her real estate lisence in July 2008. Courtney is a member of the Jackson Association of Realtors, the Home Builders Association of Jackson & serves on HBAJ's Sales & Marketing Council's Awards Committee.
